Objectives
The main objective of business administration is to develop the ability of administrators to use the functions of general management in the business world.
Knowledge in the following areas is essential to achieve a quality administrative service: initially, we must know how to bring people and understand human behavior; then how to organize and direct the development processes of companies effectively, then how to organize and develop the function of human resources within a company effectively, know how to maintain the direction of a company in the desired direction; know how to create and implement successful strategies; master how to develop skills and organize them for learning within companies and manage how to coordinate the business activities of a company also in the international context.
Because of their mastery of all these topics, business administrators work by doing very different tasks, they are included as personnel specialists, consultants, executives and administrators at all different levels of companies, they work in human resources functions, companies of consulting, developing strategies and developing the entire organization, they also work as project managers, and also in the areas of marketing and sales, and in international organizations, as well as researchers.
