The College being a minority institution is managed by G.T. Narayanaswamy Naidu Charities Trust. The Governing Body and the College committee consist of Nominees of Educational Agency, UGC, State Government, Madurai Kamaraj University, Educationist, Principal, two senior most teaching faculties and the Office Superintendent. The Government of Tamilnadu approved the Telugu Linguistic minority status granted to our college.
