Introduction

The Cell has been functioning from the year 2015 in accordance with the University Grants Commission regulations 2012 (The Gazette of India, March 23-29, 2013). The function of the Cell is to look into the complaints raised by any student and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the College. This Cell strives to solve students’ academic and administrative problems. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the Cell Coordinator / Cell Members in person. In case the student is unwilling to appear inself, grievances may either be dropped in the Suggestion Box or they can email their grievance to the mail-id [kavigtn@gmail.com].

Objectives of the Cell:

To maintain a fair, unbiased and consistent system for redressal of various issues faced by the students.
To ensure strict confidentiality so that students approach the Grievance Redressal Cell without the fear of any vindictive activity.
To ascertain that immediate suitable actions are taken depending upon the nature of grievance.
To forward the findings to the Management if necessary for further action.
